Two weeks in Santa Fe New Mexico began with a piece in an exhibition called “Some Kind of Nature” curated by Dominique G.W. Mazeaud and organized by Ecoartspace.
I spent time communing with old friend, photographer Meridel Rubenstein; meeting with collaborator Larry Stevens of Spring Stewardship Institute to visit springs in Santa Rosa, accompanied by Ecoartspace founder and curator, Patricia Watts; and projecting images of my project with Larry called Water Serpent, onto the 24′ dome at the Institute of American Indian Arts, thanks to Ben Shedd, who teaches dome projection there.
